Executive Designs:2.1.1. Construction Industry - Annex No. 1 To Opz;2.1.2. Electrical Industry - Annex No. 2 To The Opz;2.1.3. Sanitary Industry - Annex No. 3 To The Opz;2.2. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works:2.2.1. Construction Industry - Annex No. 4 To The Opz;2.2.2. Electrical Industry - Annex No. 5 To The Opz;2.2.3. The Result Of The Installation Of The Above-Mentioned The Installation Is To Automatically Turn Off The Indoor Unit When The Window In The Room In Which The Unit Operates Is Opened, And The Above Fact Is Reflected In The Bms Desigo Cc Surveillance System From Siemens, Hereinafter Referred To As The Bms System, Installed In The Buildings Of The Senate Chancellery. 3.2. Inclusion Of Devices From Individual Systems Into The Bms System. The Freon Air Conditioning System (Vrf) Should Be Equipped With An Appropriate Card Or Communication Gateway Enabling The Devices To Be Incorporated Into The Bms System. The Bacnet Tcp/Ip Communication Standard Is Recommended. In The Bms System, The Operating Status Of Indoor Units Should Be Visualized For Each Room Served By The Vrf System (Heating/Cooling/Fan Speed), The Set And Current Temperature. The Operator Should Be Able To Change The Set Temperature Value And Remotely Turn Off The Room (Also From The Schedule). The Cabling Of The Bms Installation Will Be Routed Along Existing Cable Routes, I.E.: From The Roof Of Building B To The Room In Building A, Where The Patch Cabinet And The Main Switch Of The System Will Be Located; Route Length 200 Meters. 12-Fiber Single-Mode Optical Fiber, And From The Patch Cabinet And Main Switch 50 Mb. Copper Wiring. Scope To Be Implemented: Installation Of System Devices For Air Conditioning Systems No. 4 And 5 Along With Cabling And Visualization Of These Air Conditioning Systems In The Bms System.4. The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation After Completing The Works And Submit It To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Reporting Readiness For Acceptance Of The Works.5.
