Within 7 Days From The Date Of Obtaining The Building Permit Decision, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Design Documentation, In Particular: Construction Design, Including: Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design (Original Or Photocopy Of The Design Documentation Stamped By The District Office In Lezajsk), Technical Design , Detailed Design, 3) Registration Of The Construction Log, 4) Execution Of Works, Including: A) General Construction Works: Preparatory And Earthworks, Concrete Works, Brickwork Made Of Ceramic Hollow Bricks/Cellular Concrete, Roof Structure And Covering, Insulation, Floors, Base Layers, Internal Plasters And Cladding, Window And Door Joinery, Other Works, Installation Of A Passenger Lift, Façade, Land Development, B) Connection Works: Water Supply Connection, Sanitary Sewage Connection C) Sanitary Installations: - Cold And Hot Water Installation With Circulation, - Sanitary Sewage System, - Drainage Of Rainwater From The Roof Slope And Paved Area To The Rainwater Sewage System, - Central Heating Installation, - Fire Protection Installation. Adaptation Of The Building To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Building Should Be Adapted For People With Various Types Of Disabilities, Taking Into Account The Needs Resulting From Particular Types Of Disabilities. The Building Should Provide Access To The Building For Disabled People Through The Main Entrance Directly From The Area Adjacent To The Building, With Threshold-Free Passage Between Rooms, A Toilet For Disabled People, Installation Of Doors To Public Rooms With A Width Of Min. 90 Cm In The Clear View Of The Open Leaf. A Passenger Lift Will Be Installed In The Building To Enable Disabled People To Move Between Floors.4.
