The Purpose Of This Document Is To Describe The Instructions And Requirements For Participation In The Selection Of A Contractor For A Public Contract Entitled Development And Implementation Of A Module For Harmonizing Edis With The Electronic Portal For Summoning The Sjc And That Of The Meu Regarding The Parties In Administrative Cases And For The Development And Implementation Of An Information Module Enabling Digital Remote Submission And Receipt Of Electronic Documents In Court Cases By The Parties And Their Legal Representatives (Hereinafter Referred To As The Order) And With The Subject Of Development And Implementation Of Information Modules For (1) Reconciliation Of The Unified Record-Keeping And Information System (Edis) Maintained By The Supreme Administrative Court (Sac) With The Electronic Summoning Portal Maintained By The Supreme Judicial Council (Sjc) And The Secure Electronic Service System (Sess) Maintained By The Ministry Of Electronic Management (Meu), Regarding The Parties In Administrative Cases, And (2) Providing The Possibility Of Digitally Remote Submission And Receipt Of Electronic Documents In Court Cases By The Parties And Their Procedural Representatives For The Needs Of The Administrative Courts. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: ​​​​​​A) Business Process Analysis And Modeling Activity In The Development Of Web-Based Information Systems; B) Activity On Development, Implementation And Integration Of Web-Based Information Systems; C) Activity Of Providing Warranty Service And Maintenance Of Web-Based Information Systems; D) Conducting Trainings. ​​​​​​​​A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specifications.
