Public Competition Of Merits For The Selection Of The Chief Internal Auditor Of The National Civil Service Administration (Ansec), In Compliance With The General Regulations Of The Superior Court Of Accounts Tsc-Nogenaig-06, Tsc-Nogenaig-07 Ytsc-Nogenaig-08, And The National Development Office Comprehensive Internal Control Committee (Onadici), Those Interested In Participating In The Selection Process Of The Chief Internal Auditor Of This State Institution Are Made Aware That They Must Meet The Following Requirements: A. Minimum Requirements:The Director Of The Internal Audit Unit Must Certify The Following Minimum Requirements:1. Be Honduran In The Exercise Of Their Rights And Over 30 Years Of Age;2. Be A Graduate In Public Accounting Or Any Other Professional University Degree That Also Holds That Of A Commercial Expert And Public Accountant, Duly Registered;3. Have A Minimum Experience Of 5 Years In Internal Or External Audit Activities Or Practices, Mainly In Aspects Of Review Of Financial And Operational Information;4. Possess Leadership Gift And Proven Moral Solvency; And,5. Ease Of Verbal Communication And Executive Writing Of Reports.B. Special Requirements:1. Have Experience And Knowledge Of The Current Legal System Of The Honduran Public Administration:2. Knowledge Of The Guiding Frameworks Issued By The Superior Court Of Accounts (Tsc) And Guides For The Implementation Of Internal Control (Onadici), Organic Law Deltsc, Code Of Ethics Of The Public Servant And Other Applicable Regulations;3. Knowledge And Experience In The Management Of Tools Applicable To The Evaluation And Monitoring For The Effectiveness Of Institutional Internal Control;4. Extensive Knowledge Of Computer Systems.5. Proof Of Having Received Courses In International Financial Reporting Standards (Nifs) And International Auditing Standards (Nia)C. Those Who Are Disqualified According To The General Standard Of Government Internal Audit Tsc-Nogenaig-08 Disabilities Of The Governing Framework Of The Internal Audit Of The Public Sector Issued By The Tsc.D.
