Lunchboxes In Compliance With Pat (Workers Meal Program). Lunchboxes Will Be Delivered Upon Request And Should Be Available Daily At 12Pm And 8Pm. Lunch Boxes Must Be Packed In Containers Suitable For This Purpose And With Internal Dividers To Separate The Food In Accordance With The Quantities Previously Requested. Lunchboxes Will Only Be Accepted Upon Inspection By The Contract Inspector. Lunch Boxes Must Be Provided By An Industrial Kitchen Operating Company Duly Registered With Pat/Ministry Of Labor And Employment Of The Federal Government. Each Lunch Box Must Contain: Rice: 2 Skimmers; Beans: 1 And ½ Shell; Vegetable A: 1 Spoon: Zucchini, Chard, Lettuce, Eggplant, Broccoli, Chicory, Onion, Chives, Peppers, Cabbage, Parsley And/Or Tomato; Vegetable B: 1 And ½ Spoons: Pumpkin, Beetroot (Cooked), Carrots, Chayote, Peas Or Green Beans; Vegetable C: 1 Spoon Pasta Or Flour: Cassava, Potato, Sweet Potato Or Green Corn; Fruit: 1 Unit: Orange, Bergamot, Apple, Persimmon, Papaya Or Seasonal Fruits; Cattle Meat: 2 (Two) Times A Week: Grilled Steak, Milanese Steak, Acebolado Steak, Roast Beef, Pot Meat, Meat With Sauce Or Meatballs; Fish: 1 (Once) Per Week, Being Fish Fillet; Poultry: 1 (Once) Per Week: Grilled Chicken Fillet, Milanese Chicken Fillet, Thigh With Drumstick Or Roasted Thigh With Drumstick; Pork: 1 (Once) Per Week Of Choice. Fresh Fruits, Vegetables And Vegetables Must Be Packed In Separate Containers.
