The Health Department Can Be Built As A New Building Or As A Converted Or Modernized Existing Property. The Contract To Be Awarded Includes The Procurement Of A Suitable Plot Of Land With Or Without An Existing Property, The Provision Of The Planning And Construction Services For The Establishment Of The Health Department And Its Turnkey Handover To The Client As Well As, Depending On The Contract Model To Be Offered By The Bidder, The Financing Of The Project. The Respective Contract Model (Purchase And Transfer, Leasehold, Leasing, Lease Or Rental Agreement, Etc.) Is Still Open To The Client And Will Be Discussed And Specified In More Detail During The Dialogue Phase Between The Client And The Applicants. (1) The Offered Property Or The Offered Existing Property Must Be Within Walking Distance And Therefore Within The Radius Of Max. 700 M Shown On The Map To The Location Of The Trier-Saarburg District Administration, Willy-Brandt-Platz 1 In 54290 Trier (See Tender Documents “Map With Radius”). In Addition, The Property Must Be Suitable And Available For The Planned Construction Project. (2) The Building Must Have A Usable Area Of At Least 4,900 M² (See Tender Documents “Spatial Program”). A Building With A Usable Area Of At Least 3,700 M² Is Also Initially Permitted; However, This Building Must Include The Option Of Being Expandable To A Further Usable Area Of At Least 1,200 M² (For Future Office Space), So That A Total Usable Area Of At Least 4,900 M² Can Also Be Achieved With This Building In The Future (See Tender Documents “Space Program”) ).
