M. Konopnicka And The Supraregional Center For Childrens Oncology With The Ministry Of Health. The Scope Of The Order Includes Optimization Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works, Along With Obtaining For The Ordering Party All Necessary Decisions, Arrangements, Expert Opinions, Opinions, Permits And Other Documents Enabling Obtaining A Permit To Use And Launch The Operation Of The Helipad In Consultation With The Air Emergency Service And The Civil Aviation Office , As Well As Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Devices Indicated In The Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: Design Documentation Including The Medical Technology Design And Industry-Specific Execution Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, A List And Description Of The Equipment To Be Purchased And Installed Under The Order.
