To The Place Where Both Wells Are Located, An Access Road Made Of Concrete Slabs Should Be Designed And Constructed, Intended For The Traffic Of Vehicles With A Load Of 40 Tons And A Width Of 6 M. The Road Is Expected To Run Along The Plot With Registration Number 513/3. Approximate Length Of The Road: Approx. 220 M. The Road Will Be Designed In Detail In The Construction Design. In The Case Of Well No. 2, A Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Construction Of A Water Facility For Abstracting Groundwater (If Required) Must Be Obtained. For This Purpose, A Project Information Card Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 62A Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws 2021.2373). The Decision On Environmental Conditions Is Issued By The Mayor Of Tuszyn. Four Copies Of The Project Information Card Should Be Submitted To The Above-Mentioned Local Government Body Along With An Application For Issuing The Decision In Question. The Next Step Aimed At Regulating Formal And Legal Matters Related To The Construction Of The Planned Well In The Modlica Intake Will Be The Development Of A Water Law Study For Construction Of A Water Facility, In Accordance With The Act Of July 20, 2017, Water Law (Journal Of Laws 2021.2233). This Report In Two Copies Should Be Submitted To The Polish Waters, Together With The Appropriate Application And Attachments Specified In The Above-Mentioned Act, In Order To Consider And Issue A Water Law Decision For The Construction Of A Water Facility. After Obtaining All Formal And Legal Decisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Project And Water-Legal Permits, A Construction Design And Technical Design For The Casing Of A Deep Well Should Be Prepared, Along With Connecting The Well To The Existing Technology Located In The Water Treatment Plant Building. The Project Should Also Include The Design Of The Electrical And Automation Industry, Along With The Selection And Showing Of The Route Of Electric Cables (Including Connecting The Designed Submersible Pump To The Main Switchboard). The Project Should Also Include The Industry: Land Development Design With The Location Of The Well On The Plot And Underground Infrastructure Shown.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program. This Document Is Used To Determine The Scope Of Design And Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Perform The Necessary Construction And Reconstruction Works In Accordance With The Ffu, The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law, Current Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.7.
