Building Construction Work – Modernization/Rehabilitation Of 47 Railway Stations In Romania – Lot Srcf Craiova Filiași Station (Design And Execution Of Works). It Is Proposed To Partially Demolish The Existing Building, Keeping The Body Intended For The Ced Facility, And To Build A New Passenger Building Sized For The Actual Space Needed For The Operation Of The Station. The New Building Will Be Positioned On The Same Site As The Existing Building. By Rebuilding The Passenger Building, Access To The Platforms Will Be Facilitated, And From An Urban Point Of View, A New Modern Point Of Interest Will Be Obtained. From A Functional And Planimetric Point Of View, The Basic Idea Is To Incorporate All The Spaces Necessary For The Operation Of The Station, Sized And Positioned For The Comfort Of Both Passengers And Staff. Thus, The Aim Is To Separate The Areas For The Traveling Public (Waiting Room, Ticket Offices, Toilets, Shops), From The Railway Staff Area And The Technical Spaces, So As Not To Cross The Flows. The Construction Will Have Ground And First Floor Height Regime And Will Incorporate All Technical And Passenger Functions. This Will Have Category C Importance, In Accordance With Romanian Government Decision No. 766 Of November 21, 1997, Annex No. 3: Regulation Regarding The Establishment Of The Importance Category Of Constructions, And According To P100-1/2013 The Importance Class Is Iii. A New Platform Is Being Built On Line 1 With A Height Of +0.55M Compared To The Designed Nss With A Length Of 230.00M And A Width Of 3.00M. The Distance From The Edge Of The Platform To The Railway Axis Will Be 1725Mm. Ramps For The Disabled And Access Stairs To The Platforms Have Been Provided. Adjacent To The Platform In Front Of The Station, A Pedestrian Alley Is Provided Along Its Entire Length. The Current Situation Of The Investment Objective And The Proposed Works Are Presented In The Attached Documentation, Feasibility Study, Srcf Craiova Approval Document No. 72/2/220/24.05.2023; Cte Cncf Cfr Sa Approval Document No. 53/04.07.2023. The Total Estimated Duration Of The Contract Is 75 Months As Follows:  Technical Project Development: 9 Months;  Execution Of Works: 26 Months (Including 6 Months – Period For The Cold Season, Unfavorable Weather Conditions For The Execution Of Works);  Warranty Period: 36 Months; Closing Period: 4 Months. The Duration Of Elaboration And Approval Of The Technical Project And The Related Documentation For This Phase, Including Obtaining The Construction Authorization, Is 9 Months, Of Which: A) Elaboration Of The Technical Project, Including The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction Works Necessary For The Permanent Works, At The Level Of Quality Specified In The Law And In The Contract (Dtac/Dtad/Dtoe/Pt/Pth-De, Obtaining Approvals/Agreements, Afer Approval, Etc.) – 5 Months; B) Endorsement Of The Documents Mentioned In Point (A) Above – 2 Months; C) Obtaining A Building Authorization - 2 Months.
