The Start Schedule Is An Estimate And The Contract Period Begins When The Procurement Decision Has Gained Legal Force And The Contract Has Been Signed. The Agreement Is Valid Until June 30, 2025, After Which There Is An Option To Extend The Agreement Indefinitely, With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Use Of The Option Period Is Decided By Procurement Services And The Decision Is Communicated To The Suppliers In Good Time. All Target Groups And Products Requested In The Rfp Must Be Offered. The Announced Purchase Quantities Are Rough Estimates Of Annual Purchases And Do Not Bind The Customer, Products Are Only Ordered As Needed. New Or Renovated Items Can Increase Procurement Quantities. The Goal Of Announcing Anticipated Quantities Is Only To Make The Prices Of The Offers Comparable In Terms Of Calculation Technology.
