Since 2009, Sercotec Has Managed Its Human Resources And Finance Using Sap Erp Software. Through An On-Premise Installation. Currently, Sercotec Has A Set Of Services Distributed In Vmware Virtual Machines, Which Can Be Made Available To The Provider For Facilitate The Transition Of Services. In Addition, Sercotec Outsources Sap Hosting Services And Basis Administration, Coordinated By A Designated Contact Within The Organization. The Details Of The Specifications Of The Sercotec Platform Are Detailed In Annex 8: Current System Information. In Relation To This Tender, Sercotec Has A Data Transmission Network Based On A Network Mpls. This Network Is Connected To The Internet Via A 1:1 1Gb Primary Link, Backed Up By A Secondary 100Mb 1:1 From The Data Center To The Backbone Located In The Central Offices. Besides, This Network Has An Outbound Link To The Internet With A Speed Of 300Mb 1:1, Which Covers Both Traffic National And International.
