Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Project Management For The Rehabilitation And Environmental Improvement Of The Edmond Albius And Flora Tristan Schools In Bois D’Olives. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Entrust The Project Manager With All Or Part Of The Following Mission Elements: Diagnostic Studies; The Basic Project Management Mission (Aps, Apd, Pro, Act, Visa, Det, Aor); As Well As The Following Additional Missions (Mc): Mc1 - Project Management Assistance For The Acquisition And Installation Of Modular Buildings For The Temporary School; Mc2 - Scheduling, Coordination And Management Of The Site; Mc3 - The Determination Of Operating And Maintenance Costs, The Establishment Of The Duem And The Forecast Plan For Major Maintenance And Periodic Maintenance In Line With The Gtc Of The Works Delivered; Mc4 - Design Of Signage; Mc5 - “Low Voltage” Execution Studies; Mc6 - Delivery And Commissioning Of Equipment; Mc7 - The Energy Study With Thermodynamic Simulation Of Summer Comfort (Hot Season) In Line With Regulatory Recommendations And/Or Recommendations Of Local Standards. The Mission Is Broken Down Into Sections As Follows: Firm Phase - It Concerns The Carrying Out Of The Diag, Avp (Including Pc), Pro Studies And The Establishment Of The Dce Works On The Entire Project (The Two Schools + Sports Platform) As Well As The Execution Complementary Missions Mc1, Mc3, Mc4, Mc5 And Mc7; Optional Phase N°1 - It Concerns The Completion Of The Act Mission Elements (Analysis Of Applications And Offers + Possible Finalization Of Works Contracts), Visa, Det, Aor, Mc2 - Opc And Mc6 For The Elementary School Phase Edmond Albius; Optional Phase N°2 - It Concerns The Realization Of The Act Mission Elements (Analysis Of Applications And Offers + Possible Finalization Of Works Contracts), Visa, Det, Aor, Mc2 - Opc And Mc6 For The Nursery School Phase Flora Tristan; Optional Phase N°3 - It Concerns The Realization Of The Act Mission Elements (Analysis Of Applications And Offers + Possible Finalization Of Works Contracts), Visa, Det, Aor, Mc2 - Opc And Mc6 For The Sports Plateau Phase . The Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work By The Project Owner, The Subject Of The Overall Program, Is Estimated At 8,450,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax.
