Plumbing And Drain-Laying Work – Design And Execution: Modernisation And Extension Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Infrastructure In The Port Of Constanta. According To Specifications No. 4822/29.01.2024 According To The Feasibility Study, The Following Activities Are Necessary For The Realization Of Cn Apm Sa Works: - Elaboration Of Field Studies (Geotechnical Study, Topo Studies Approved By Ocpi), Technical Expertises, Other Studies (As Appropriate); - Elaboration Of The Risk Study Requested By The Solution Study (As The Case May Be); - Design: Technical Project Of Execution (Books Of Tasks, Technical Specifications Sheets), Documentation Of Execution Details, Project For The Authorization Of The Execution Of Construction Works, Project Of Organization Of The Execution Of The Works, Project For Monitoring Behavior Over Time; And So On - Equipment Supply And Assembly Work. Provision Of Spare Parts, Tools, Specific Equipment For Maintenance (As Applicable); - Infrastructure And Superstructure Construction Works; - Provision Of Maintenance And Operation Manuals For Equipment; - Any Other Activity Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Be The Designer And Executor As Stipulated In Law No. 10/1995 On Quality In Construction (With Subsequent Amendments And Additions). The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contracting Entity Sets 2 (Two) Deadlines In Which It Will Respond To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information, As Follows: • The Contracting Entity Will Respond Within A First Deadline Of 25 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers To All Requests For Clarification Addressed By The Economic Operator In The Interval From The Publication Of The Award Documentation And Until The Date On Which The Term Is Fulfilled 35 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers; • The Contracting Entity Will Respond In A 2Nd Period 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers To The Rest Of The Requests For Clarification Addressed 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Publish The Answers To The Clarifications In This 2Nd Deadline For Which The Answers Should Be Published In The First Deadline Indicated Above. The 2 (Two) Deadlines For Responding To Clarifications Do Not Affect The Right Of The Economic Operator To Address Requests For Clarifications During The Entire Period That Elapses From The Moment Of Publication Of The Notice Of Participation And Until The 18Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers Established By The Contracting Entity.
