Scope Of The Order: Includes The Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design Together With Tender Materials For The Task: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1183G - On The Section From The Town Of Redkowice To The Town Of Nowa Wieś Lęborska From Km 9+400 To 16+300 - District Road No. 1183G With A Length Of 6,900 Km From Km 9+400 To Km 16+300 (Excluding The Railway Crossing) Divided Into Full-Time Positions: - Stage I, Completion By November 15, 2024, Worth 50% Of The Order (But Not More Than Pln 100,000, Pln 00), - Stage Ii Implementation Until September 30, 2025 (Scored), October 15, 2025 (Final) Remaining Order Value. The Existing Dp 1183G Surface Is In Poor Technical Condition With Numerous Cracks, Defects, Potholes And Broken Edges. It Runs Through Agricultural And Forest Areas, Including Redkowice, Czarnówko And Nowa Wieś Lęborska.2. Design Assumptions: On This Section, District Road No. 1183G Runs Through An Area Developed With Single-Family Buildings And Through Undeveloped Areas. The Existing Road Is Narrow, Has Few Sidewalks And Some Exits. The Reconstruction Of The Road Involves Strengthening The Road Structure, Widening It, Building A Bicycle Path/Pedestrian-Bicycle Route, Renovating The Sidewalk And Culverts Under The Exits, Installing Embedded Resistors On Internal Curves, Building A Sidewalk And Hardened Shoulders, Building Hardened Exits Within The Road Right-Of-Way And Rebuilding The Existing Ones. Exits And Intersections. Horizontal And Vertical Markings Will Be Made. Management Of Rainwater In The Existing Road Lane Into Evaporation Ditches. Map Requirements: - The Base Should Be Admitted To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources At The County Office In Lębork - Scale 1:500.2. Preparation Of A Complete And Detailed Inventory Of Underground And Above-Ground Utilities And Forest Entrances. The Inventory Should Be Agreed With The Road Manager Regarding The Location Of External Devices That Have Not Yet Been Implemented In The Field Before Preparing The Map. 3. Preparation Of A Detailed Inventory Of Surfaces, Exits, Culverts, And Trees To Be Cut Down4. Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For Exemption From The Obligation To Locate A Service Duct. In Case Of Refusal, Implementation Of A Technological Channel Design.5. In The Course Of Carrying Out The Designed Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Visit The Construction Site (At Least 3) At The Written Request Of The Employer Submitted At Least Three Days In Advance. The Designers Stay On The Construction Site Resulting From Design Errors Is Not A Stay Under The Authors Supervision. 3.3 Preparation Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Project – 3 Copies 4. It Is Recommended To Conduct A Detailed Site Visit In Order To Obtain All The Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract.
