The Subject Of The Order In This Part Is The Successive Delivery Of 4,000 Tons Of Aggregate Of The Following Quality: - Road Aggregate, Natural, Broken, With A Diameter Of 4-31.5 Mm, Obtained As A Result Of Crushing Rock Raw Material, - The Aggregate Must Be Homogeneous, Without Foreign Contaminants, Without Clay Admixtures, - The Aggregate Must Be Made Of Dolomite, - The Aggregate Must Meet The Standards Required In Road Construction, In Particular Pn-En 13043:2004/Ap1:2010. Due To The Specific Nature Of This Order And The Resulting Impossibility To Precisely Determine The Demand At The Time Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Less Than 4,000 Tons Of Aggregate, Provided That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Order Deliveries Of Not Less Than 2,000 Tons Of Aggregate (50% Of The Maximum Quantity Of Aggregate)
