Project Management Based On § 2 Aho, Project Stages I-V, Areas Of Action A-E As Well As Supporting Project Management Services For The Building Technology And Electrical Engineering Departments For The Following Construction Project: New Construction Of A 5-Class Elementary School, Triple Sports Hall With Grandstand, Outdoor Sports Facilities, Some Of Which Are Located On The Gymnasium Roof, A House For Children With 4 Crèche Groups And 4 Kindergarten Groups With The Associated Open Spaces, An Open Facility For Children And Young People (Okja) With The Associated Open Spaces, A Service Apartment For The Technical Property Management And An Underground Car Park, Zschokkestrasse / Westendstrasse 216, 80686 Munich The Construction Project Is Currently Underway Is In The Area Of The Common Needs Area Of The Development Plan With Green Ordinance No. 2027. The Development Plan Provides For Areas For Housing Construction And Public Green Spaces In The Southern Area Following The Common Needs Area (School, Daycare Center With Open Spaces And Open Facilities For Children And Young People) And In The Eastern Area A Mixed-Use Core Area (Mk). On The West Side, The Property Adjoins An Existing Residential Development And In The North It Adjoins A Busy Street. Noise Protection Measures Against Traffic Noise For The Open Spaces And Rooms In Need Of Protection And Noise Protection Measures For The Adjacent Residential Buildings Are Necessary. The Construction Work For The Adjacent Building Plots Is Mainly Running Parallel To The Zschokkestrasse Construction Work. A Large Grass Playing Field Measuring 40X60m, An All-Weather Field Measuring 22X28m And 4 Running Tracks Measuring 1.20Mx60m Are Planned For The Outdoor Sports Areas.
