Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Specifications Relating To Services To Support The Development Of An Action Strategy For The Biodiversiscape Program. The Biodiversiscape Program Of Dg Environment (Fps Public Health, Food Chain Safety And Environment) Aims To Promote The Integration Of Biodiversity In The Areas Of Federal Public Organizations And Companies. It Was Initiated In Collaboration With 4 Partner Organizations: The Buildings Authority, Sncb, Infrabel And Defense. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Technical Support To The Program Through The Establishment Of Biological Inventories In The Areas Of Federal Partners, The Development Of Recommendations And Technical Requirements And The Monitoring Of Actions Undertaken. This Contract Consists Of A Second Procedure Following The Impossibility Of Awarding Lot 4 Of Contract No. Dgem/Biogov/Ms/23060. It Concerns Technical Support At The National Level. The Contract Consists Of Support For The Development Of An Action Strategy In The Areas Of Federal Partners As Part Of A National Approach. More Particularly: 1. Support For The Contracting Authority In Proposing An Inventory Methodology To Be Implemented On The Sites Of Federal Partners; 2. Support From Program Experts In The Implementation Of Actions On The Sites; 3. Support Services From Experts In Defining Technical Requirements Responding To Biodiversity Issues Specific To The Program Partners; | 5/37 4. A Study Of The Relevance Of The Creation Of A Web Application For Monitoring The State Of Biodiversity And Actions In Favor Of It By Users Of Sensu Lato Sites; A Maximum Number Of Days Of Services Has Been Estimated For This Contract, Namely: - 210 Days – Senior. This Maximum Number Of Days Does Not In Any Way Constitute A Commitment On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. The Bidder Is Requested To Make A Price Offer Per Working Day, Based On The Number Of Days Mentioned Above. The Expected Services Are Detailed In Part B Technical Requirements And The Quantity Survey Included In Appendix C.0. The Expected Services Are Evaluated In The Form Of Presumed Quantities (Qp). These Quantities, Although Evaluated On The Basis Of The Needs Identified By The Program, Do Not In Any Way Constitute A Commitment On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. The Successful Bidder Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Compensation For Services That Have Not Been Provided If It Turns Out That They Are Lower Than The Qp.
