The Contractor Must Organize And Provide Higher Levels Of Maintenance In Order To Eliminate All Breakdowns And Accidents That Occur, Quickly Restore Work In The Event Of Total Or Partial Network Shutdown, Correct Errors And Updates To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of Subsystems And Their Components , Performing Prevention And Measurements, Service Repairs, Etc. The Contractors Higher-Level Employees May Be Located At The Location/S Of Their Choice So That They Can Respond Quickly, Including By Remotely Accessing The Systems From Their Own Office Or Support Center. The Contractor Will Provide At His Own Expense The Necessary Internet Connectivity Through His Own Or Public Public Network For Data Transmission To The Network Switching Subsystem (Nss) In Plovdiv (Gsm Core Network). The Contractor Will Ensure Network Security (E.G. Via Vpn Tunneling) For The Internet Connectivity And Will Be Fully Responsible For Unauthorized Access To The Gsm-R System. The Contractor Must Ensure Round-The-Clock Communication With The Staff Of The Dp Nkži To Ensure The Acceptance Of Notifications (Applications) For Damage, For Help And Consultations, For Example Through The Help Desk Center Or Competence Center, According To The Organization Of His Work.
