1. The Subject Of The Order Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Entitled Evangelical Cemetery From The Period Of World War I: Conservation And Construction Works Includes Works Covering The Development Of Design Documentation For The Entire Cemetery Area, Taking Into Account All Works Resulting From The Pfu And Works In The Northern Part Of The Cemetery (Stage I Of Works): Replacement Of Lighting, Monitoring, Management Of The Existing Tree Stand, Including Conservation Works Including Basic And Specialized Conservation Treatments As Well As Felling, Supplementing And Tidying Up The Composition Of Cemetery Greenery; Conservation Work On Elements Constituting The Composition Of The Cemetery (Such As Tombstones, Stairs, Landscaping Or Fence Elements), Renovation And Reconstruction Of Existing Park Alleys, Arranging Elements Of Small Architecture - Location Of Elements Such As Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, Information Boards. All Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2240) And Order No. Orn.0050.97.2022 Of The Mayor Of Olecko Of June 15 2022 Regarding The Introduction Of Accessibility Standards In The Olecko Commune. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Develop And Submit For Evaluation Design Documentation And Other Documents Before Submitting Them For Administrative Proceedings And Implementation, In Order To Determine Their Compliance With The Assumptions Contained In The Fup And The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Submit Its Comments On The Proposed Solutions And Issue Recommendations To Be Included In The Design And Implementation Documentation. The Design Documentation Must Be Submitted For Approval To The Design Opinion Team Operating In Accordance With Order No. Orn.0050.32.2022 Of The Mayor Of Olecko Of February 25, 2022 Regarding The Appointment Project Opinion Team.2. The Approximate Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Estimated Cost, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Estimated Cost Is For Guidance Purposes Only. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Resulting From The Contract And Necessary To Perform The Order.
