As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Jordan Garden In Ropczyce, On The Plot No. 977/14, The Renovation And Construction Of Part Of The Playground Marked In Green In The Land Development Plan, I.E. The Youngest Childrens Zone With An Area Of Approx. 194.9 M2, Gray Color, I.E. A Zone For People Practicing Sports With An Area Of Approx. 132.0 M2 And Yellow Communication, I.E. The General Part Used For Communication Between Zones With An Area Of Approx. 87.8 M2. Task Titled: Construction Of A Playground And An Outdoor Gym In The Jordan Garden In Ropczyce Is Co-Financed Under Sub-Measure 19.2 Support For The Implementation Of Operations Under The Community-Led Local Development Strategy Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1/ Dismantling Of Existing Sports And Recreational Equipment Along With The Demolition Of Foundations Under These Devices. Assemble The Demolition Equipment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party,2/ Disassembly And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, Including Polyurethane,3/ Construction Of A Safe, Rubber, Poured Surface, 4/ Construction Of A Surface Of Green And Black Hypertrophic Mats, 5/ Construction Of A Paving Stone Paving,6/ Delivery And Installation Of Designed Sports And Recreational Equipment,7/ Restoration Of The Demolished Fence And Construction Of New Plantings At The Site Of The Possible Temporary Entrance To The Plot (Technological Entrance To The Construction Site),8/ Delivery Of Topsoil And Sowing Grass Around The Squares And In Places Of Losses Arising During The Performance Of Work.3. For All Installed Sports And Recreational Equipment Included In The Playground, Current Certificates Of Compliance Of The Devices With The Pn-En 1176 Standard Should Be Issued By A Body Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation (Pca).4. For Safety Reasons, During The Implementation Of The Task, The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Should Be Excluded From Use By Fencing And Warning Signs About The Construction Works Being Carried Out.5. The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Is An Active Facility. Therefore, The Works Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way That They Do Not Prevent Or Hinder The Use Of Zones Of The Jordanowski Garden That Are Not Covered By The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.6. In The Event Of Unidentified Field Collisions, Inability To Perform The Task Using The Adopted Work Technology Or Other Events That Prevent The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation, The Costs Of Possible Alternative Solutions Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.7. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged, Among Others, To: To: 1/ Provide Surveying Services, Including, Before Commencing The Execution Of The Works, The Geodetic Marking Out Of The Works And Reporting To The Employers Representative And The Supervision Inspector For Acceptance, 2/ Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory Of The Subject Of The Contract, 3/ Performing The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Measurements, And Security Measures, Inclusion And Technical Acceptance, Together With Fees If Required, 4/ Preparing Photographic Documentation Of The Condition Of The Work Site Before The Commencement Of The Works, During The Works And After Their Completion In An Electronic Version And Making It Available At The Request Of The Ordering Party, 5/ Maintaining The Passability Of Streets And Access Roads Directly Adjacent To The Jordan Garden,6/ Rebuilding Roads, Fences, Sidewalks, Etc. Dismantled Or Damaged During The Works And Restoring The Construction Site To Its Previous Condition,7/ Coordinating All Works Related To Underground And Above-Ground Utilities With Their Owners, Obtaining Reports Of All Works Disappearances (Concerning Media) Signed By Representatives Of Their Owners. In Places Where There Is A Collision With Underground Infrastructure, The Appropriate Services Should Be Notified About The Works,8/ Ensuring The Necessary Supervision And Acceptance Of The Owners Of: Energy, Gas, Telecommunications, Water And Sewage Networks, Provincial Roads, State Treasury Land, Etc., Along With The Related Costs .9/ Keeping Construction Documentation, Settlements In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Project Co-Financing Program, Including Preparing An As-Built Cost Estimate, 10/ Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Documents Required For The Execution Of The Order, Including The Declaration Of The Construction Manager And Work Managers On Accepting The Obligation To Manage The Construction, The Declaration Of The Construction Manager Confirming Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, Certificate Of Membership In The Chamber Of Construction Engineers, Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, Etc., As Well As To Perform The Necessary Tests, Acceptances, Examinations And Inspections, And To Prepare Documents Necessary To Start Using The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Above-Mentioned In Paragraph 2 Above.11/ Construction Of A Technological Road For The Duration Of The Works, Which Will Include, Among Others: - Demolition Of The Existing Fence At A Distance Of At Least 7.5 M (Fence On The Border Of Plots 977/9 And 977/14 In Ropczyce, Future Entrance To Sw-Ne Direction), - Clearing Out The Coniferous Trees Growing At This Height Of The Fence, - Constructing A Temporary Entrance Gate To The Construction Site, - Restoring The Fence After Completion Of The Works, - Restoring The Hardened Square On The Side Of The Land Belonging To Gs Ropczyce, - Restoring The Green Area (In Including Sowing With Grass, Planting New Coniferous Trees) On The Jordan Side Of The Garden,8. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Determined In The Order Of Importance: This Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Swz, Including Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. To Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Intended As A Guide And The Quantities Contained Therein Are Indicative.9. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: Health And Safety Regulations, Pn Regulations Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Due Diligence, Proper Organization, Safety And Good Quality.10. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Should Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use And Compliance With Relevant Standards.11. Where The Studies Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Materials And Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In This Specification, After Acceptance By The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Allows All Their Market Equivalents Not Worse Than Those Indicated. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Devices And Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Standard Indicated By The Ordering Party Represent The Technical And Operational Conditions , Utility, Functional And Other Features Relevant To The Subject Of The Order, While The Indicated Brand Or Trade Name Determines The Class Of The Product, Not A Specific Manufacturer.12. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works.13. The Required Warranty Period Is At Least 3 Years, Counted From The Date Of The Final Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.14. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
