Within The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Services Should Be Performed In Particular: 2.1. Development Of Functional And Utility Programs, Which Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Specifications Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454). 2.2. The Functional And Utility Program Should Be Prepared In Accordance With: - Conceptual Documentation For The Project Entitled: Development Of A Concept For A Task Related To Change Of The Area Development Of The Leszczyński Satyryków Park At Ul. G. Narutowicza, The Park In Gronów At Ul. Gronowska, The Square And Recreational Area At Ul .Ks. A. Kordecki, The Area At The End Of The Park. J. Jonston At Al. Jana Paweł Ii, Earth Embankment In The Road Bar Of Al. Constitution Of May 3 In Leszno”; - Concept Of Development Of The Green Area Between Cypryjska, Grecka And Solskiego Streets In Leszno.2.3. Authors Support At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure To Select A Contractor And The Implementation Of The Investment Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode, In Terms Of Compliance Of The Design Documentation With The Pfu, Providing Explanations And Cooperation With Reviewing Units Until The Receipt Of Complete Design Documentation. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Authors Support Activities With A Frequency Depending On The Progress Of Design Work, And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified By Him. All Costs Related To Providing Authors Support, Including Travel Costs To The Place Of Work, Are Borne By The Contractor. 2.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Written Responses To Inquiries Regarding The Documentation In Question Asked By Contractors Participating In The Tender Procedure For The Implementation Of The Task Based On This Documentation And Its Changes, The Necessity Of Which Will Result From The Questions Asked And Answers Provided Under The Above-Mentioned. Proceedings, Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party, No Longer Than 3 Business Days From Sending The Question To The Contractor Via E-Mail, Or Within Another Necessary Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party. 2.5. Building Facilities And Equipment Should Be Designed To Ensure Optimal Economic Efficiency Of Construction And Operation. 2.6. The Building And Equipment Should Be Designed In Accordance With Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Main Assumptions For The Functional And Utility Program: 1) Designation Of A Zone For Cultural And Sports Activities Near The Building Of The City Theater In The Form Of A Square With A Water-Permeable Surface Along With An Object In The Form Of A Platform With A Structure Enabling The Organization Of Concerts And Other Similar Events; 2) Designation Of The Spa Zone With A Graduation Tower And Ornamental Plants;3) Designating An Active Recreation Zone With A Circular Playing Field With A Safe Surface And Trampolines;4) Introducing Play Equipment For Children And Educational Devices;5) Designating A Place For A Dog Run Surrounded By Insulating Greenery With Equipment Including: Incl. Adjustable Bars - 3 Pieces, Bridge, Balance Beam, Ramp, Slalom, High Tunnel, Low Tunnel, Jumping Rings, Along With A System Fence With An Entrance Gate And Dog Waste Bins (Min. 2 Pieces) And Regulations;6) Regulation Width Of Existing Paths And Their Course, Made Of Mineral Surface With An Edge Of Two Rows Of Granite Cubes;7) Small Architecture (Benches, Waste Bins), Lighting And Monitoring;8) Ornamental Greenery With Family Species Of Perennial Plants, Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Ornamental Grasses And Flower Meadows;9) Management Of Rainwater And Snowmelt Water From The Planned Communication Routes And Squares In The Area Covered By The Study. 3. Design Solutions For Other Infrastructure Sectors Must Also Be Positively Agreed With The Units Managing This Infrastructure. Detailed Design And Location Solutions Should Be Agreed Upon During The Design Process With The Municipal Utilities Office, The Municipal Road Administration In Leszno, The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments And The Coordinator Of Urban Greenery. 4. Comments: After Signing The Contract With The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide A Map For Design Purposes And A Greenery Inventory Made In November 2023.
