Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Health – Reconstruction Of Pavilion 1 Into An Acute Care Pavilion. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Modifications Of The Completed Building In The Shape Of The Letter L And An Extension To The Existing Building, Serving The Client. The Construction Modifications Will Consist Of Changes To The Layout Of The 2Nd Floor And 3Rd Floor, The Addition Of A Covered Reinforced Concrete Terrace On The East Side Of The Building, The Extension Of The Installation Core And New Rooms Between The Corner Of The Building And The Outdoor Elevator Shaft, Also On The East Side Of The Building. Part Of The Building Will Be The Roofing Of The Yard On The East Side. The Terrace Will Be Accessible From Individual Departments And Will Be Connected To The Courtyard By A Staircase And A Walkway. The Existing Entrances To The Building On The East And West Sides Of The Building On The 1St Floor Will Be Structurally Modified And Expanded. The Existing Windows Will Remain On The Building, The External Blinds Will Be Replaced. Due To The Poor Condition Of The Roof Structure, The Roof Will Be Removed And A New One Will Be Built, Designed As A Flat Roof. Construction Modifications Will Further Consist Of Vertical And Horizontal Insulation And Insulation Of The Entire Building. In The 1St Pp, The Floor Will Be Demolished And The Stone Sewer Line Will Be Replaced With A New Kg Pipe, And New Inspection Shafts Will Be Built At The Same Time. Furthermore, The Replacement Of The Horizontal Water Distribution Will Be Solved In The 1St Pp. The New Hot And Circulating Water Distributions Will Be Connected To The Pipes In The Transfer Station, And The Cold Water Distribution Will Be Connected To The Existing Water Connection. Part Of The Construction Improvements Is The Revitalization Of The Sidewalk Adjacent To The Building And The Connecting Road On The West And North Sides. Also See The Tender Documentation.
