Survey Design Services – Additional Study On The Ex-Post Assessment Of The Impact On Biodiversity Of The Construction And Exploitation Of Microhydropower Plants Located On The Water Courses: Capra, Buda, Otic, Izvorul Mircea, Cuca, Cârtisoara, Porumbacu, Sâmbăta, Sebeș- Hotarele, Sebeș-Fântânele, Sebeș- Căciulata, Viștișoara, Dejani, Lupșa, Ucea, Sebeș, Craiului, Sebeșel, Valea Satului, Rânica (Râmna), Viștea And Taia.. The General Objective Of This Service Contract Is To Carry Out The Ex-Post Assessment Study Of The Impact Of The Mhcs On The Species And Habitats Of The Natura 2000 Sites That May Be Affected And On Their Conservation Objectives, As Well As The Establishment Of The Necessary Measures To Reduce Possible Negative Effects On The State Conservation Of Natural Species And Habitats, As Well As Their Conservation Objectives. The Specific Objectives Are: • Elaboration Of A Work Methodology To Respond To The Requirements Due To Infringement And The Identification Of All Natura 2000 Sites Potentially Affected By The Construction And Operation Of The 17 Microhydropower Plants; • Carrying Out Investigations In The Field And Monitoring The Habitats, Species And Habitats Of The Species Potentially Affected By The Construction And Operation Of The 17 Microhydropower Plants; • Ex-Post Evaluation Of The Impact On Biodiversity Of The Construction And Exploitation Of Microhydropower Plants Located On The Watercourses: Capra, Buda, Otic, Izvorul Mircea, Cuca, Cârtisoara, Porumbacu, Sâmbăta, Sebeș-Hotarele, Sebeș-Fântânele, Sebeș-Căciulata, Viștișoara , Dejani, Lupșa, Ucea, Sebeș, Craiului, Sebeșel, Valea Satului, Rânica (Râmna), Viștea And Taia; • Assessing The Cumulative Impact Of All Microhydropower Plants, As Well As Other Projects/Plans That Together Could Have Significant Effects On Species, Habitats And Conservation Objectives Set For Them. • Elaboration Of A Set Of Additional Measures To Reduce Possible Negative Effects On Species, Habitats And Conservation Objectives.
