Design: Development Of A Technical/Working Project: The Preparation Of A Technical/Working Project For The Needs Of The Site Is Assigned To An External Contractor With A Team Of Legally Competent Designers, Who Will Be Selected By The Municipality With This Public Order According To The Order Of The Zop. Technical/Working Projects For The Needs Of The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Should Be Prepared According To The Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And Other Related By-Laws According To The Applicable Parts Depending On The Permissible And Activities Approved For Funding. The Projects Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Bills Of Quantities For The Applicable Parts. The Technical/Working Project Should Be Duly Agreed With All Operating Companies And Other Coordinating Bodies And Approved By The Chief Architect Of Harmanli Municipality. In The Explanatory Notes, The Designers Should Describe In Detail The Necessary Source Data, Activities, Technical And Economic Indicators, Specification Of Construction Products (Materials, Products, Sets And Systems) Intended For Investment With Technical Requirements For Them In Accordance With Current Norms And Standards And Implementation Technology, Quantitative And Value Accounts. The Work Projects Are Developed In Scope And Content According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Process Of Preparing The Technical Documentation Is Preceded By The Provision Of A Sketch And A Design Visa, If Applicable. The Technical/Working Project Must Contain The Following Parts: -Part Geodesy; Geodetic Survey /Vertical Layout/ - Road Section; -Chast Vic; - Part Od And Water; -Part Fire Safety; -Part Of Pbz; - Part Puso; 2. Construction - Installation Works (Smr) Execution Of Smr Section From P. P.
