Skanderborg Municipality Wishes To Offer The Overall Consultancy Task Regarding The Landscape Architect Works With Associated Engineering Works For The Project Transformation Of Adelgade Syd. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Act And As A Limited Tender Procedure. Adelgade Syd, Is The Southern Part Of Adelgade In Skanderborg, Which Is The Main Street/Main Shopping Street Through Skanderborg Downtown. It Has Been Decided That Car Traffic Will Take Up Less Space, And Will Partly Be Diverted Around Adelgade Syd. In Addition, The Street Must Be Made More Attractive As A Shopping Street And To Be Better Used For Events Such As The Saturday Pedestrian Street, Smuk-By Events, Market Days, Music Or Other Temporary Events, By Temporarily Closing Off Moving Traffic. As It Is Necessary To Maintain A Part Of The Car Traffic, One-Way Car Traffic Must Be Established From North To South. In Addition, There Must Be Bicycle Traffic In Both Directions. As Adelgade Is Very Wide, Approx. 23 M, In Addition To Space For The Mentioned Traffic, There Is Space On Both Sides Of The Street To Establish An Approx. 8 M Wide Pedestrian Area. The Total Area Is Approx. 11,500 M2. Lytt Urban Architecture Has Prepared An Outline Proposal For The Project. As Such, The Project Is Determined Within Certain Frameworks, As The Layout Proposal Indicates How Adelgade Syd Should Basically Be Designed And Laid Out. There Are Still Many Details To Be Determined, Which Is Part Of The General Counsels Task. In Addition To The Disposition Proposal, A Description Has Also Been Prepared, Which, As A Supplement To The Disposition Proposal, Goes More In-Depth Within Various Subjects. Skanderborg Municipality Places Importance On Working With Sustainability During The Design, And There Is Thus A Requirement To Carry Out Lca Calculations, Which Is Detailed In The Tender Documents. The Financial Framework For The Construction Workers Amounts To Approx. Dkk 28,000,000 Excl. Vat, And Constitute All Tradesmens Expenses, Including Construction Site Costs. In Addition, There Is A Budget For Winter Measures, Builders Deliveries And 15% For Unforeseen Expenses During The Construction Period. The Project Is Described In More Detail In The Disposition Proposal And The Description, Attached To The Tender Material, To Which Reference Is Made. Based On The Above-Mentioned Material And The Tenders Other Appendices, The Future General Consultant Must Thus Take The Project From Its Current Stage To A Project Proposal And Then A Tender Project, Which Is Then Tendered As A Main Contract.
