The Property “In Room 21” In Trittau, Which Was Purchased By The Municipality Of Trittau In 2021 For The Purpose Of After-School Childcare, Will Now Be Used For This Purpose And Will Enable The Legal Entitlement To A Place In Open All-Day Care, Which Will Apply From 2026. For This Purpose, The Existing Property Must Be Demolished And A New Two-Story Building With 5 Groups With 20 Childcare Spaces Each Must Be Built On This Site. The Desired Commissioning Is 08/2026, So Planning And Implementation Must Begin Very Quickly. The Scope Of The Planning Services For The Measure Includes The Planning And Monitoring Of The Expansion Or New Construction Of Fully Functional And Approved Building Parts. First, The Service Phases 1 (Basic Determination) To 4 (Approval Planning) Are Commissioned Step By Step. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission The Further Service Phases 5 To 9. The Specialist Planning Includes At Least The “Basic Services” Of The Technical Equipment Management Diagram Within The Meaning Of Appendix 15, Number 15.1, To § 55 Hoai. The Consent Of The Client Must Be Obtained In Advance For The Provision Of “Special Services”. The Contractor Is Required To Make Suggestions That Lead To Simplification And Improvement And/Or Cost Reduction. The Preliminary Cost Estimates For The New Building Amount To €3,695,882.81 Net. The Cost Estimates Were Made For Kg 200 To 700 Without Involving Specialist Planners Or Soil Reports. The Kg 400 Is Expected To Account For €881,945.31 Net. The Cost Estimate Was Created In February 2024. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ The Following Procedure Will Be Carried Out: In Phase 1, Potential Applicants Are Invited To Participate And Submit The Application For Participation With The Required Evidence. In Phase 2, The Applications To Participate Will Be Examined And The Number Of Approved Applicants Will Be Limited. Phase 2 Applicants Will Be Asked To Take Part In A Negotiation Process Separately.
