Youll develop our digital design system and apply it while designing user flows for CORE, our global database & case management system for the people we work with. Work together with user research to develop user journeys/flows into wireframes Develop intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes based on user-centered design principles, ensuring ease of navigation and accessibility Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback throughout the design process, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Produce clickable prototypes where relevant Create solutions for both desktop and mobile devices Translate UX strategies into UI solutions Document these solutions for the wider organisation Test different design approaches for e.g. usability with different real users, interviewing them and generating user learnings to enhance the user experience .
