Checking And Testing Apparatus – Procurement Of Test Stands For Nt-Pem Fuel Cells - Laboratory Equipment. In The Recently Established Hydrogen Laboratory At Kempten University, Three Test Stands Are Required For The Characterization Of Membrane Electrode Units. The Test Benchs Scope Of Application Extends To The Evaluation Of Low-Temperature Pem Fuel Cells. For This Purpose, Various Electrochemical Analysis Methods Such As Cyclic Voltammetry (Cv), Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (Eis), Polarization Curves Or Current Limiting Experiments Are Carried Out Under Different Conditions. The Fuel Cell Is Tested In Individual Cells. Test Parameters To Be Controlled Include (But Are Not Limited To): Amperage, Cell Temperature, Gas Flows (Anode And Cathode), Gas Supply Air Temperature (Anode And Cathode), Gas Relative Humidity (Anode And Cathode), Gas Supply/Exhaust Air Pressure (Anode And Cathode) . Depending On The Test Bench Configuration, Gas Supplies For Hydrogen, Oxygen, Compressed Air, Diluted Co (1% Co In N2) And Nitrogen Should Be Included. The Test Cell Should Be Supplied With Controllable Gas Flows At The Anode And Cathode. Depending On The Test Bench, The Anode Should Be Operated With Humidified Gases In Variable Mixtures In Order To Simulate A Reformate Composition. Furthermore, A Gas Supply Line With Heated Lines Must Be Connected Directly To The Anode Supply Line And The Cathode Supply Line Of The Cell.
