1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laundry Services For The Social Welfare Home In Bielawa. 2. The Services Will Include, Among Others: On Sorting, Disinfecting, Washing, Cleaning, Ironing Or Ironing (And, In Relation To Points 1 And 5, Also Starching) And Transporting The Following Products: 1) Bedding, 2) Pillows, Blankets, 3) Towels, 4) Underwear, 5) Curtains , Curtains, Tablecloths, 6) Sweatshirts, Trousers, Skirts, Shirts, Aprons, Pajamas And Other Clothing, 7) Slippers And Textile Footwear, 8) And Other Products (Including Those Mentioned In Section 3) Referred To As Hereinafter Referred To As Assortment Or Underwear. 3. The Services Provided By The Contractor Will Also Include Dry Cleaning Of Clothing (In Accordance With The Clothing Manufacturers Recommendations, E.G. Jackets, Coats, Etc.), Chemical And Thermal Disinfection In The Washing Process Or Disinfection Of Mattresses And Covers, Disinfection Of Pillows And Blankets. 4. The Estimated Monthly Amount Of Laundry Is: Approx. 3,431 Kg (Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract: Approx. 41,176 Kg). The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantities Are Approximate, May Change During The Execution Of The Contract And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Calculate A Uniform Gross Unit Price For 1 Kg Of Laundry In The Offer. Settlements Will Be Made Based On The Unit Price During The Term Of The Contract Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect The Above-Mentioned. Assortment And Its Delivery (Brought) To Places Indicated By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. These Places Will Be Located In: 1) The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Bielawa, At Ul. Żeromskiego 2, 2) Dps Branch In Niemcza, At Ul. Kolejowa 14/16. 7. Employees Authorized To Contact Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party And The Contractor In The Contract. 8. The Transport Of Linen Should Ensure Appropriate Sanitary Conditions, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The State Sanitary Inspection. 9. The Contractor Will Provide The Services With His Own Means Of Transport And At His Own Expense. 10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Constantly Monitor The Conditions In Which The Service Is Provided By The Contractor, As Well As To Control The Manner In Which The Service Is Performed In Terms Of Quantity, Weight And Quality, Including Microbiological Tests Of Swabs From Underwear Or Other Products. 11. The Returned Clean Assortment Referred To In Section 2 And 3, Must Be Properly Folded, Sorted In Accordance With The Markings On The Material And Packaged In A Way That Protects Against Contamination During Transport. 12. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Services Referred To In Section 2, In Relation To Each Batch Of Assortment Received From The Ordering Party Within One Business Day. In The Case Of Mattresses, Blankets, Etc., A Longer Deadline Is Allowed - Three Business Days. During Longer Statutory Holidays, The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Set An Additional Date For The Service. 13. When Providing Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Technologies, Washing And Disinfecting Agents In Order To Obtain The Appropriate Effect Of Cleanliness, Disinfection, Aesthetics And Durability Of Products (Depending On The Type Of Contamination And The Type Of Assortment). The Washing And Disinfecting Agents That The Contractor Intends To Use To Perform The Order Must Be Approved For Use By The National Institute Of Hygiene. 14. Underwear Will Be Issued And Accepted On The Basis Of The Assortment Specification. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Reimburse The Costs For Items Damaged During Washing On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 15. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Submit A Complaint Regarding The Quality And Quantity Of The Washed Products Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Cleaned Linen By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Consider Complaints Free Of Charge Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Complaint By The Ordering Party. 16. In The Event Of An Epidemiological Investigation And A Suspicion That The Source Of Infection May Be The Assortment Delivered By The Contractor Which Has Been Cleaned (Washed), The Contractor Will Be Charged With The Costs Of Positive Results Of Microbiological Tests Of Swabs Taken By The Ordering Party From The Assortment Originally Packed And Delivered By The Contractor. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Terminate The Contract With Immediate Effect And Charge The Contractor A Contractual Penalty. 17. Payment Deadline For Each Individual Service - Up To 30 Days From Submitting A Correctly Issued Vat Invoice To The Ordering Party.
