Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities, Warehouses And Sanitary Facilities At Primary School No. 4 In Tczew At Ul. On Jagiełły 8.
The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities, Warehouses And Sanitary Facilities At Primary School No. 4 In Tczew At Ul. On Jagiełły 8, Including: - Execution Of Construction Works According To The Attached Bill Of Quantities; - Performance Of The Following Works: Installation Works In Buildings, Electrical Installation Works, Works In The Field Of Cabling And Electrical Installations, Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Water Supply And Sewage Disposal Pipelines, Installation Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices, Insulation Works, Thermal Insulation, Hydraulic Installation Works, Plastering, Construction Joinery Works, Laying Tiles, Applying Covering Surfaces. The Works Will Be Performed In A Safe Manner, Strictly In Accordance With Polish Standards (Pn) And Regulations In Force In Poland. The Technical Specifications Refer To Standards, Industry Regulations And Instructions In Various Places. They Are To Be Considered An Integral Part Of And Should Be Read In Conjunction With The Specifications As If They Appeared There. The Contractor Is Deemed To Be Fully Familiar With Their Contents And Requirements. The Latest Editions Of Polish Standards (Dated No Later Than 30 Days Before The Date Of Submission Of Offers) Will Apply, Unless Otherwise Stated. Wherever There Are References To Polish Standards, It Is Permissible To Apply The Relevant European Union Standards To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation. Equivalent Standards Are Allowed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation: Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 6 To This Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Estimate And Perform The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including All Activities And Works As A Result Of Which The Objective Specified In The Documentation Attached To This Tor Will Be Achieved.
