Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Smr And Authors Supervision) Of A New Building At Ou Al. G. Kodjakafaliyata Burgas In Upi V-1369 In Quarter 12 According To The Plan Of Kraymorie District, Burgas. To Realize The Subject Of The Order, The Participant Designated As The Contractor Will Have To Perform The Following Activities: 1. Design - For The Purposes Of The Public Order, It Is Necessary To Prepare An Investment Project. The Project Development Should Include The Following Parts: Part Architecture; Part Constructive; Hvac Part; Part Electro; Part Fire Alarm; Part Vik; Part Geology; Part Elevator Equipment; Part Energy Efficiency; Part Geodesy; Part Park Planning And Landscaping; Part Fire Safety; Part Health And Safety Plan; Part Construction Waste Management Plan; Part Stem Area; Part Accounting Documentation. The Technical Description And Requirements Are Set Out In The Design Terms Of Reference, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Project Should Be Developed In The Technical Design Phase And Fully Provide For The Construction Of The Education Building And The Adjacent And Service Areas And Outdoor Areas Around It. The Project Should Provide For Phased Construction Of The Construction. First Stage Includes All Teaching Premises (Classrooms, Specialized Classrooms), Special Care And Support Units, Support Staff Areas, Administration Area, Service And Recreation Area, Sports Area With Relevant Attendants Rooms And Rooms For Teachers And External Common Parts Described In Item 2.2 Of This Documentation. The Gross Floor Area Of The Building For The First Stage Cannot Exceed 4,200 Square Meters; The Second Stage Includes The Construction Of An Indoor Swimming Pool With Maximum Dimensions Of The Water Mirror 20.0M / 8.0M And With The Corresponding Service Paths And Technical Rooms To It. All Installations And Cmr For The Construction And Operation Of The Object In Stages. The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is The Design Of The First And Second Stage, As Well As The Cmr For The Implementation Of Only The First Stage.
