Construction Work For Engineering Works Except Bridges, Tunnels, Shafts And Subways – Civil And Cultural Engineering Work Within Djept, Municipality Of Veldhoven. The Work Under This Construction Team Agreement With Options Concerns The Preparation Of The Plan Area For Construction And Residential Use With A Total Size Of 6.5 Million Euros. This Includes Upgrading The Infrastructure Around The Plan Area And The Cultural-Technical Organization Of The Plan. The Contracting Authority Deliberately Combined The Contract. It Was Decided To Merge The Designs, Make Them Ready For Construction And Ready For Residential Use, Arrange The Smelen-Traverse Intersection And Create The Entrance To The Heerbaan Planning Area (And The Other Mentioned Activities) Of Djept Because: The Activities All Take Place Take Place At The Location Of The Municipality Of Veldhoven And Are All Under Its Responsibility. The Merger Contributes To Good Cooperation Between The Parties. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots. Responsibility For The Quality Of The Work For Design, Realization And Interim Maintenance Should Not Be Spread Over Multiple Assignments And Parties. The Construction Team Agreement For The Design Of The Area Is Entered Into For A Maximum Period Of One Year. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Will Be Published Via The Mercell Source-To-Contract Tendering Platform. The Total Lead Time For The Design And Realization (Construction And Residential Ready) Of Djept Is A Maximum Of Four Years. Civil Engineering Work Is Scheduled To Start At The End Of 2024 And The Project As A Whole Should Be Completed In 2027. After A Final Design Has Been Submitted, The Municipality Of Veldhoven Plans To Conclude Separate Agreements Through Options To Prepare Djept For Construction And Residential Use. As Part Of This Assignment, The Municipality Has A Number Of Options That It May Consider. The Options Are Exercised On The Condition That There Is Agreement Between The Client And Contractor About The Amount Of The Contract Price. These Options Include The Following Topics: Demolition Of Garages And Construction Of Planned Parking Spaces Making The Plan Area Ready For Construction (Builder May Start Before The Work Is Completely Ready For Construction) Making The Plan Area Ready For Residential Use Converting The Existing Cycle Path Into A Two-Way Cycle Path Up To The Intersection With Djept Upgrading Of The Intersections At Traverse Including Adjustments To The Vri At The Smelen-Traverse Intersection (First Time
