Energy-Efficiency Consultancy Services – Preparation And Consultancy For The Implementation Of The Project Joint Energy-Saving Project In The National Theatre, Area Of ​​St. Anna And Estates Theater For Support From The Npo/Npžp Program. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Selection Of A Supplier For The Preparation, Technical Consultancy, Administration And Organization Of Procurement Procedures, Implementation Management, Control And Evaluation Of The Project Joint Energy-Saving Project In The National Theatre, Areál Sv. Anna And Estate Theater For Support From The Npo/Npžp Program, Which Includes A Set Of Measures Implemented By The Design&Build /Epc Method In The Form Of Providing An Energy Service With A Guarantee Of Achieved Savings With The Aim Of Increasing Energy Efficiency And Reducing The Consumption Of Non-Renewable Energy. The Contractor Will Perform The Administration And Organization Of Procurement Procedures In The Position Of Representative Of The Contracting Authority In Accordance With § 43 Zzvz. Part Of The Required Services Is Project And Subsidy Management. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Performance Design&Build, I.E. A Construction Project Delivery Method That Combines: - The Design & Build Method (I.E. A Method In Which The Technical Requirements Are Determined In Accordance With § 92(2) Zzvz With Reference To Performance And Function Requirements); And - The Performance Component Based On The Epc (Energy Performance Contracting) Method, I.E. Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result, The Legal Framework Of Which Is Defined In § 10E Of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, As Amended Later Regulations, According To Which The Provider Of These Services Bears The Contractually Agreed Level Of Financial Risk Or Sanctions In The Event Of Non-Achievement Of The Contractually Determined Parameters.
