Within Their Competences And Duties, The Contractors Experts Should Participate In The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: • Coordination, Monitoring And Control Of The Execution Of Contracts With External Contractors • Preparation And Coordination Of Documentation And Correspondence Related To The Implementation Of The Project; • Checking And Updating The Activities Of The Project, Coordinating The Amendment Of The Work Schedule With The Governing Body Of The 2021-2027 Pos; • Maintaining An Adequate Audit Trail For All Payments Made • Verification Of Expenses, Incl. Carrying Out Overall Monitoring And Control Of The Financial And Physical Progress Of The Project To Confirm The Acceptability Of Costs. • Before Each Payment, Performing A 100% Documentary Check And Checking The Place Of Implementation Of The Project Activities To Certify The Performance Of The Activities Requested For Payment. • Preparation Of Requests For Payments, Containing A Financial And Technical Report To The Ma Of Pos 2021-2027. • If Necessary, Performs Additional On-Site Inspections Of The Contractors Of The Various Project Activities. • Communicates With The Interested Parties Of The Project And Requests From The Executives Of The Individual Activities Data And Information Necessary For The Implementation Of Their Powers. All Activities Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements And Guidelines Of The Environment 2021-2027 Program, The Requirements Of The Adbfp, The Applicable National And European Legislation.
