The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Filling Of Potholes In Soil And Crushed Stone Surfaces: A) With Mechanically Compacted Concrete Aggregate, 10 Cm Thick, In An Amount Of Approx. 1,400.00 M3, Consisting Of The Construction Of The Lower Layer Of The Foundation, Along With Filling The Potholes, Dips And Ruts (Variable Road Width Within The Road Lane From 2.8 To 5 M). The Measuring Unit Is 1 M3. The Price Of A Measuring Unit Includes The Following Scope Of Work: - Purchase By The Contractor Of Crushed Concrete Intended For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads; Delivery Of Purchased Crushed Concrete To Road Sections Intended To Be Supplemented With Material In The Michałowice Commune; Unloading Of Crushed Concrete Onto The Road, Mechanical And Manual Leveling And Compaction In Places Designated For Leveling. Only Crushed Concrete From Crusher Sifting Without Foreign Contaminants (Wire, Metal, Glass, Garbage, Aerated Concrete) Is Allowed. The Amount Of Built-In Material Depends On Current Needs. The Contractor Will Submit Documents Allowing For Use In Construction In Accordance With The Construction Products Act For The Built-In Material; B) Crushed Aggregate With Mechanical Compaction Of 4 -31.5 Mm In An Amount Of Approx. 4,800.00 M2, Consisting In The Construction Of An Upper Sub-Base With A Thickness Of 5 Cm And Filling In The Gaps (Variable Road Width Within The Road Lane From 3.00 To 6, 00 M). The Price Of A Measuring Unit Includes The Following Scope Of Work: - Purchase By The Contractor Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 4 - 31.5 On Its Own, - Delivery Of The Purchased Aggregate To Sections Of Roads Intended For Renovation And Completion In The Michałowice Commune, - Unloading Of Aggregate Onto The Road, - In Places Designated For Grading, Mechanical And Manual Leveling And Compaction. Crushed Aggregate Without Clay Admixture Is Allowed. The Amount Of Built-In Material Depends On Current Needs. The Contractor Will Submit Approvals/Certificates For The Incorporated Material. Each Batch Of Material Must Be Accompanied By A Declaration Of Conformity According To Pn-En 13043:2004; C) Reclaimed Bituminous Asphalt With Mechanical Compaction In The Amount Of Approx. 1,000.00 M2, Consisting In The Construction Of The Existing Pavement Base On The Full Width Of The Road And Filling In The Gaps (Variable Road Width Within The Road Lane From 3.00 To 6.00 M). The Measuring Unit Is 1 M2. The Price Of A Measuring Unit Includes The Following Scope Of Work: - Purchase Of Reclaimed Bituminous Material By The Contractor On Its Own, - Delivery Of The Purchased Reclaimed Material To Road Sections Intended To Be Supplemented With Material In The Michałowice Commune, - Unloading Of Reclaimed Material Onto The Road, - Mechanical And Manual Leveling In Places Designated For Leveling. And Density. Recyclable Material Without Any Admixture Or Foreign Contamination Is Allowed. The Amount Of Built-In Material Depends On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Submit Attestations/Certificates/Source Of Origin/Waste Card Enabling Re-Use For The Built-In Material; D) Partial Renovations Of Crushed Stone Surfaces With Mechanical Compaction Of Crushed Stone In The Amount Of Approx. 8,000.00 M2, Consisting In The Implementation Of The Existing Surface Base On The Full Width Of The Road And Supplementation Cavities. Reclaimed Material Without Any Admixture Or Foreign Contamination Is Allowed. The Measurement Unit Is 1 M2. The Price Of A Measuring Unit Includes The Following Scope Of Work: - Purchase By The Contractor Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0 - 31.5, - Delivery Of The Purchased Aggregate To Sections Of Roads Intended For Renovation And Completion In The Michałowice Commune, - Unloading Of Aggregate Onto The Road, - Places Designated For Grading, Mechanical And Manual Leveling And Compaction. 2) Gray Dolomite Aggregate Is Allowed For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Aggregate From Limestone And Devonian Limestone Is Not Allowed. The Aggregate Must Meet The Following Parameters: A) Rock Material: Dolomite, B) Aggregate Resistance To Crushing: Min. La25,C) Frost Resistance: F1,D) Dust Content: No More Than 3%.
