The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Material And Financial Schedule, 3) Principles Of Construction Art And Technical Knowledge, 4) Permits, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Complete The Contract, 5) Concluded By The Ordering Party, In During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Connection Agreements With Network Managers Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order.6) Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law And Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including: Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior). The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Design Documentation Indicated In Section 4 Point 1). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site Along With Geodetic Marking Of The Facilities, 2) Preparation Of The Technical Construction Facilities, Construction Of Connections And Incurring The Costs Of Fees In This Respect, 3) Securing The Buildings And Areas Adjacent To The Construction Site During The Works, 4) Restoration Of All Disturbed Development Elements, E.G. Sidewalks, Squares, Roads, Elements Of Neighboring Buildings,5) Construction Marking,6) Geotechnical Services, Excavation, Assessment Of Geotechnical Parameters And Control Of The Soils Bearing Capacity Before The Actual Earthworks,7) Fees For The Required Inspections, Inspections And Measurements (Including Chimney Inspection, Water Testing, Office Of Technical Inspection),8) Development Of The Investment Area,9) Installation Of All Devices And Equipment Referred To In The Design Documentation; Assembly Should Be Understood As The Assembly And Connection Of All Utilities Necessary For Their Operation In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose,10) Development Of A Fire Scenario (If Required),11) Preparation And Submission Of Acceptance Documentation, Including An As-Built Surveying Inventory,12) Submitting A Notification To Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Final Acceptance Of The Works And Installation Of An Electricity Meter On The Meter Connector (Meter Adapted To The Photovoltaic Installation). Note: Currently, The Ordering Party Has Signed A Network Connection Agreement. The Contractor Will Notify Pge Dystrybucja In Writing About The Date Of Completion Of The Connection, 13) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, An Occupancy Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction And All Necessary Opinions From Relevant Institutions Not Raising Any Objections To The Use Of The Constructed Facility.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Order To Prepare An Offer And Perform It In Accordance With Applicable Law, Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge And The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party And Arrangements With The Ordering Party Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Carried Out Covering The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In § 9 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).10. As Part Of This Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Following Types Of Guarantees: 1) Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works (Materials And Labor). The Required Minimum Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Is 60 Months. The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Specify In The Offer How Many Months Of Guarantee And Warranty He Will Provide For The Completed Construction Works (Materials And Labor).2) Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For Installed Devices And Supplied Equipment. The Warranty Period For Installed Devices And Supplied Equipment Is 24 Months. If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Longer Than 24 Months, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Use The Warranty Rights Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Devices Or Equipment.11. The Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide A Free Warranty Inspection Of The Facility, Including: Maintenance And Service Of Delivered, Assembled Or Installed Devices, Materials, Products, Products, Systems, Installations And Equipment With The Frequency Required By Their Manufacturers To Maintain The Warranty And Fault-Free Operation Of The Facility, But At Least Once A Year. The Costs Of Warranty Inspections, Service, Maintenance And The Costs Of Consumables Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Installed Devices Are Borne By The Contractor.
