The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of: Minimum 36 Months - Maximum 60 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Protocol. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such References Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate (Prove) In The Offer That The Construction Works Or Devices Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Using Equivalent Materials, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A List Of Materials Together With The Offer. Spare Parts To The Technical Documentation (Own Study Containing At Least: Manufacturers Catalog, Manufacturers Name, Description Of Materials) - Failure To Submit Such A List Means That The Contractor Will Use The Materials And Solutions Adopted In The Technical Documentation.
