Item 2 Hearst: Casgrain, Coppell Kendall Way, Hallebourg And Hanlan Lrbs. Scope Of Work This Work Involves Grading Full-Width Gravel Surfaces To Remove Or Improve Deficiencies, Including But Not Limited To The Following: Potholes, Distortions, Cuts And Gouges, Loose Rocks, Improper Crossfall And Windrows. Grading May Also Be Required Prior To The Application Of Calcium Chloride By The Ministry. The Contractor Will Provide One Grader Equipped With Dozer Blade, Carbide Straight Blade And Qualified Operator.
