For Payments For Delivered Goods, The Supplier Must Provide The Following Documents: 1) Two Copies Of Receipt-Handover Documents; 2) An Invoice With A Description, Indication Of The Quantity, Unit Price And Total Amount Of Delivered Goods; 3) Invoice; 4) The Supplier Of Food Products, When Signing The Contract Must Provide The Following Documents: - Sanitary And Epidemiological Conclusion On The Activity Of The Food Storage Warehouse; - In Case Of Lease Of Warehouse Premises, Provide A Lease Agreement; - Sanitary Passport For The Warehouse Premises Of The Food Trade Facility; - Sanitary Book With A Permit For The Driver Of A Motor Vehicle For The Transportation Of Food Products; For Each Delivery Of Meat, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Certificate Of Veterinary Examination. All Of The Above Documents Must Be Current On The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods, Promptly Replaced When The Document Expires., 892.86
