The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are The Following: 1. Delivery Of 7 Double-Decker Zero-Emission Electric Locomotives (Emv, Trains, Rolling Stock, Motor Trains) For A Speed Of ≥160 Km/H, With Capacity Of Min. 300 Seats. - Pre-Reservation Of A European Vehicle Number (Evn) In The Executive Agency Railway Administration (Iaža) For Each Unit Of Rolling Stock; - Granting Of A Vehicle Type Permit, According To Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2018/545, With An Area Of ​​Use That Includes The Republic Of Bulgaria; - Granting Permission To Put A Vehicle On The Market, According To Ordinance No. 57 Of 9.06.2004 To Achieve Interoperability Of The National Railway System With The Railway System Within The European Union, With An Area Of ​​Use That Includes The Republic Of Bulgaria; - Registration Of Each Vehicle In The Name Of The Contracting Authority In The Nrps, With A European Vehicle Number (Evn), According To Ordinance No. 57; - Insurance For The First Year Of Operation Of The Rolling Stock - Insurance Against Damages Or Losses Caused To The Rolling Stock, Civil Liability Insurance And Accident Insurance; 2. Carrying Out Full Maintenance In Relation To Each Piece Of Rolling Stock From The Date Of Registration Of The Name Of The Employer Of The First Piece Of Rolling Stock In The National Register Of Vehicles (Nrps) Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Until The End Of The 15-Year Maintenance Period For The Last Piece Registered Rolling Stock. 3. Warranty Maintenance Of Rolling Stock. 4. Staff Training. 5. Delivery Of Diagnostic Equipment With Instructions For Use And Current Software Version, Including Updates For The Duration Of The Contract, As Well As Delivery Of Accompanying Technical Documentation And Additional Equipment. 6. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To An Option For Delivery And Maintenance Of Additional Quantities With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 136,842,860.20 Excluding Vat. The Activities Subject To The Order Have A Minor, Predictable Impact On The Environment And Do Not Cause Significant Damage Within The Meaning Of Article 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 18, 2020. The Detailed Description Of The Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification. The Option For Additional Quantities Applies Only To The Supply And Maintenance Of Rolling Stock Specified In The Contractors Technical Proposal, According To The Contracting Authoritys Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority May Exercise Its Right To An Option For An Additional Number Of Rolling Stock, In Case Financing Is Provided, Within The Period Provided For The Delivery Of The Rolling Stock, By Notifying The Contractor In Writing Of Its Desire To Exercise The Option For Additional Deliveries. The Option For Additional Quantities/Numbers Is Realized When The Parties Conclude An Additional Agreement To The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
