Operation, Professional Support, Maintenance And Troubleshooting Of The Polisz Complex Integrated Management And Management System Owned By The Tenderer, Which Serves At Least 200 People, Up To 350 People At The Same Time And At Least 42 Budget Bodies (Back Office) And At Least 17,000 Customers (Front Office). Accordingly, An Offer Must Be Made For The Following: The System Meets The Requirements And Expectations Of The Management Legislation Applicable To Budgetary Institutions (Systemic Management Of Financial, Accounting, Analytical, Public Catering Tasks, Service Of Social Care Records, Control, Full-Scale Labor And Salary Management), And Manages The Institutions Internal Regulations In An Integrated Manner. The System Automatically Supports Budget Planning And Reporting, Manages The Relationship With The Hungarian State Treasury, And Produces All The Reports, Data Provision, And Statements Required Of Budgetary Institutions. The System Ensures The Implementation Of The Rules For The Management, Accounting And Distribution Of The Institutions Various Resources (E.G. Grants, Tenders, Residuals). With The Help Of The System, The Requirements For Responsibility, Up-To-Dateness And Quality Can Be Enforced.
