Training Services – Sub-Project 1 Consulting And Training Activities For The Unemployed Of The Act Entitled Integrated Employment Promotion Programs For The Unemployed (Consulting, Training, Internship And Certification Actions) In The North Aegean Region Mis 6001261. The Actions - Actions That Will Be Implemented Within The Framework Of The Proposed Act Concern 280 Unemployed People In The North Aegean And Specifically In The Regional Units Of Samos And Ikaria And In Brief Are The Following: - Provision Of Professional Counseling Services:  Provision Of Professional Counseling Support Services To The Beneficiaries Through Individual Sessions ( 4 Sessions Per Beneficiary).  Provision Of Consulting Services For Networking The Unemployed With Private Sector Companies, Monitoring And Follow-Up Of The Internship Of The Unemployed (6 Sessions Per Beneficiary). - Provision Of Continuing Professional Training Services To The Beneficiaries: It Concerns The Implementation Of Targeted Training / Retraining Programs For The Unemployed In The Northern Aegean, Oriented To The New Development Requirements Of The Economy And The New Production Model, Which Requires The Development Of Skills, Which Are Linked To The Green And The Blue Economy (Green & Blue Skills) And The Acceptance Of Res, As Well As In Response To The Negative Effects On The Regional Economy Due To The Countrys Gradual De-Lignification. The Priority Of The Act Is The Acquisition Of Knowledge And Professional Skills In The Fields Of Green And Blue Professions In Full Harmony With The Skills Pact, The Diagnosis Of Needs And Cedefop As Well As With Law 4921/2022 Jobs Again. The Total Duration Of The Thematic Professional Training Seminars Is 300 Hours Of Theoretical Training And 100 Hours Of Practical Training (Through On The Job Training And/Or Case Studies). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Thirty-Six (36) Months From Its Signature And Posting On Kimdis.
