The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Two 110/15 Kv Transformers With A Power Of 16 Mva At The 110/15 Kv Gpz Reszel Power Station With Units With A Power Of 25 Mva, With The Installation Of New Mv Cable Bridges And The Adaptation Of Primary And Secondary Circuits. 1) The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Replacement Of 110/15 Kv Transformers With A Power Of 16 Mva With Transformers With A Power Of 25 Mva, B) Replacement Of Foundations And Sleepers For 110/15 Kv Transformers, C) Replacement Of 110 Kv Surge Arresters Along With Operation Counters, D) Replacement Of Surge Arresters At The Neutral Point Of The Transformer, E) Replacement Of The Transformer Neutral Point Earthing Switch With The Drive, F) Replacement Of Supporting Structures With Foundations For The Neutral Point Earthing Switch And Structures For Mv Cable Bridges, G) Laying New Mv Cables On The Section From The Transformer To Mv Switchgear, H) Replacement Of Current Transformers In The Transformer Bays Of The Mv Switchyard, I) Replacement Of Voltage Transformers In The Voltage Measurement Bays Of The Mv Switchyard. J) Connecting The Replaced Transformers With The Existing Protection, Automation And Secondary Circuits Terminals. 2) The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Construction And Executive Documentation Entitled "Reconstruction Of The Power Grid Distribution Facility, Replacement Of T-1 And T-2 Hv/Mv Transformers At The Reszel Station" 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz And Stwiorb Constituting Annex No. 17 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In This Documentation (Annex No. 15 To The Swz) And Instructions, As Well As The Standards Constituting An Annex To The Swz (Annex No. 16 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 13 To The Swz). 3. The Scope Of The Investment Project Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, Consisting Of: Delivery And Installation Of Transformers And Construction And Assembly Works. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Purchase And Replace Transformers. The Dismantled Materials Should Be Handed Over In Accordance With The Provisions Of Stwiorb, Which Constitutes Annex No. 17 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor May Submit One Offer. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: 6.1. 60-Month Warranty For Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 6.2. 60-Month Warranty For The Delivered Hv/Mv Transformers, 6.3. Warranty Of Not Less Than 60 (Sixty) Months For Devices Delivered And Installed By The Contractor. The Warranty And Guarantee Period Indicated In Points 6.1 And 6.2 Starts From The Date Of Completion Of The Works Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol, The Warranty And Warranty Periods Run Simultaneously. 7. All Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Including Loading And Unloading, At The Expense Of The Contractor And The Transport Organized By Him. 8.
