The Implementation Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The Sewage Pumping Stations Ps1 And Ps2 Wierszyno, Ps2 Radusz, Ps Kołczygłowy And The Kołczygłowy - Wierszyno Sewage Discharge Collector.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Comprehensive Modernization Of Sewage Pumping Stations: Ps1 And Ps2 Wierszyno, Ps2 Radusz, Ps Kołczygłowy Along With The Modernization Of The Kołczygłowy - Wierszyno Pressure Sewage Network. The Contractors Tasks Will Also Include Employee Training, Surveying Services, Electrical Measurements, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Preparation Of Operating And Health And Safety Instructions.3. The Scope Of Construction Works Will Include, Among Others: The Following Elements: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Technological And Electrical System Of The Sewage Pumping Station; 2) Dismantling Of Concrete Covers, Fences And Hardened Surfaces In The Sewage Pumping Station; 3) Assembly Of The Complete Technological System With Fittings And Submersible Pumps Constituting The Equipment Of The Sewage Pumping Station; 4) Installation Of Switchboards Electrical Equipment Together With An Automation And Telemetry System In The Sewage Pumping Station; 5) Installation Of Platforms And Working Ladders, Polymer Concrete Well Slabs With Single-Leaf Manholes (Ps1 Wierszyno And Ps2 Radusz) And Double-Leaf Manholes (Ps2 Wierszyno And Ps Kołczygłowy), As Well As Ventilation Chimneys In The Chambers Pumping Station;6) Installation Of Basket Grates In The Chambers Of The Ps2 Wierszyno And Ps Kołczygłowy Pumping Stations;7) Installation Of Poles And Lighting Fixtures;8) Hardening Of The Area With A Concrete Block Surface;9) Construction Of A Panel System Fence With A Gate Or Wicket;10) Installation Concrete Wells With Vent And Aeration Valves And Accompanying Equipment For Servicing The Kołczygłowy - Wierszyno Pressure Sewage Network (2 Pieces);11) Installation Of Concrete Wells With Inspection Flaps And Associated Equipment For Servicing The Kołczygłowy - Wierszyno Pressure Sewage Network (3 Pieces);12) Delivery Equipment For Servicing The Sewage System, Including: A) A Self-Unloading Container With A Capacity Of Up To 320 L, B) A Pillar Crane With A Hand Winch With A Lifting Capacity Of Up To 150 Kg, C) A Mobile Generating Set In The Form Of A Generator With A Power Of Up To 30 Kw Mounted On A Car Trailer With A Current Approval Allowing For Road Traffic Public, D) A Device For Pressure Cleaning Of Sewage Pumping Stations, Mounted And Driven From An Agricultural Tractor Through The Power Transmission Shaft, With The Following Technical And Operational Parameters: Pressure Pump Capacity Of At Least 70 L/Min, 1/2 Pressure Hose With Guides Of At Least 60 M Length , Hydraulic Control System For The Working Drum, Water Tank With A Minimum Capacity Of 500 L And Operating Accessories Of The Device: Unblocking And Cleaning Channel Head, Pressure Lance With A Gun, Hook For Sewage Manhole Covers, E) Sludge Motor Pump With Suction And Discharge Hose With A Capacity Of At Least 1200 L/Min, F) Portable Multi-Gas Meter For Measuring O2, H2s And Co, G) Axial Fan With A 310 Mm Flexible Pipe With An Air Flow Of At Least 3500 M3/H, 13) Installation Of An Information And Promotion Board With Dimensions 180X120cm (In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds);14) Implementation And Installation Of A Monitoring And Visualization System For The Operation Of Sewage Pumping Stations In The Scada System. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Design Documentation - Annex No. 1A, In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 1B And In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1C. 4. Construction Works Should Be Organized In Such A Way As To Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Modernized Sewage Infrastructure. 5. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz And Stwiore, Constituting Annex No. 1B To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiore Constituting Annex No. 1A And 1B To Swz.6 . The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Investment In Question On The Basis Of: 1) Initial Promise No. Edition 8/2023/4575Polskilad Regarding Co-Financing Of The Investment From The Government Program Polish Lad Fund: Strategic Investment Program. The Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor No Earlier Than After The Ordering Party Receives The Promises From The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program For The Task That Is The Subject Of The Order. 7. The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, Of The Following Persons Performing Activities In The Order Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465): Earthworks, Technological Works, Installation Works, Finishing Works, Cleaning Works.
