The Following Procurements Are Planned Under This Component With The Following Procurement Methods: Develop A New Master Plan For Djibouti: Sfqc/Pm Develop Relocation Operational Manuals And Procedures: Sfqc/Pm Component B: Upgrading And Restructuring Of Basic Urban Infrastructure In Slums: The Objective Of This Component Is To Improve Access To Services Both In The Djaga-Bouldhouq District And In The Municipality Of Balbala (Site Of Relocation) For The Implementation Of The Strategy And Other Instruments.
