The Assignment Will Include: Conduct Feasibility Study To Identify The Technical, Environmental, Socio- Economic Suitability For Installing And Operating A Ropeway Cable Car In New Alignment (Approximately 1.0 Km Long) To Promote Ecotourism At Sheikh Russell Aviary & Eco- Park, Rangunia, Chattogram; This Includes Assessment Of Existing Facilities Of Sheikh Russell Aviary & Eco- Park, Rangunia, Chattogram, Detail Feasibility Study For Ropeway Cable Car In New Alignment Installation And Operation In The Sheikh Russell Aviary & Eco- Park, Rangunia, Chattogram And Subsequent Preparation Of Preliminary Design, Cost Estimation Etc. The Consulting Firm Will Consider The Following Issues During Feasibility Study: Identification Of Suitable Locations For New Alignment Of Ropeway Cable Car (Up To 1.0 Km) Technical Design And Investment Needs, Operational Costs In Terms Of Establishment Of Structure, Maintenance, Energy Etc. Analysis Of Demand, Applicable Fares And Consequent Revenues. Financial Feasibility With Relevant Financial Indicators. Investigate Sub-Soil And Geomorphological Study Of The Area. Other Relevant Services Mentioned In The Terms Of Reference (Tor). Experience, Resources And Delivery Capacity Required: Interested Consulting Firm Must Fulfill The Following Qualification, Experience And Requirements, On Which The E01 Will Be Evaluated: The Consulting Firm Should Have Updated Valid Registration From The Concern Authorities As Proprietorship/Partnership/Private Limited Company. At Least 07 (Seven) Years Of Working Experience As Consulting Firm Related To Design, Documentation, Feasibility Study.At Least One Similar Nature (Installation Of Rope Way Cable Car) Of Work Carried Out Within Last Five Financial Years And The Project Cost In Not Less Than 01 (One) Crore In A Single Work-Order In Any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Or Reputed Private Organization At National/International Level.The Consulting Firm Should Have Satisfactorily Completed At Least 03 (Three) Passenger Ropeway Out Of Which One Shall Be More Than 2.0 Km Long; The Consulting Firm Should Have Operation And Maintenance Experience For At Least 05 (Five) Years;Firm Should Have Adequate Manpower And Expert With Experience.
