Proposals Must Be Submitted Online On The Eprocurement As Per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultants Who Have Submitted Proposals Online By The Closing Date And Time Shall Decrypt And Re-Encrypt Their Proposals As Per Key Activity Schedule. 5.
