Quotation are invited for Supplying and Installing of Pre-Fabricated New Aluminium Kitchen Cabinet, Water Tank and Domestic RO Water Filtration System Supply and Installation of Equipment in Dkory, Sinjar, Nineveh Governorate Supplying and installing of pre-fabricated new aluminum kitchen cabinet, three compartments, with dimensions of 150 cm length, 60cm width and (approximately 95 cm height) with 6 legs of 10 cm height fitted with all accessories. Hinges shall be metallic rust proof. Cabinet shall be installed under the existing sink and be rigidly connected to it. Cabinet shall have one set of three drawers and a second compartment for one shelf while the third is full height to accommodate the bowl. Sections, plate thicknes, color and accessories are to be approved by UN Habitat engineer before supply. Supply and instal a 2.0 M3 horizontal water tank of GI plate gage 18 with suitable number of legs of 20 cm height, with all accessories. Tank is to be connected to the existing water system; roof water tank, water well and water pump with the necessary GVs and NRVs, and a by-pass system if deemed necessay. Tank to be placed on suitablely sized RCC concrete pad of 15 cm thickness,reinforced with one layer 6mm BRC mish 20 cm c/c. PVC pipes of 1 diameter to be used. Tank and foundation to be approved by UN Habitat Engineer beforehand. Supply and install a domestic water pump (1hp), Q=3 M3/Hr, H=20 M with all necessary GVs, NRVs and a bypass system, to connect the ground water tank to the overhead tank using PVC pipes of diameter 1. Pump should be place on a concrete pad along with the water tank of Item No. 2 Supply and install a domestic RO water filtration system of five stages of water treatment or more, in one compact unit, best type avialable in the market. Filter shall be composed of: - Sediments Filter. - Carbon Filters. - Reverse Osmosis Membrane. - Remineralisation Filter. - Alkaline Ph Filter - UV Sterilization unit Work includes supply and installation. All necessary fittings are to be provided by the upplier (water and power) and per the directions of UN Habitat engineer. Deadline: 25-Jan-2022 16:00 (GMT 3.00) Baghdad, Riyadh, Moscow, St. Petersburg The scope of work consists of supply and installation of pre-defined equipment in (95) houses recently constructed by UN Habitat in Dkory village. The purpose of the provision is to improve the quality of water supplied to the houses and to facilitate access to potable water not currently easily available in the village which will aid in the return of the beneficiaries to their home and ensure comfortable occupancy and sustained improvement on the living conditions. The equipment to be supplied and work required are as follows: - Fabricate, supply and install aluminum kitchen cabinet under existing sinks. - Supply horizontal water tanks and install on RCC concrete pad foundation and connect to existing water supply and distribution system. - Supply, install and commission water lifting pumps. Pumps are to be connected to existing water supply and distribution system. - Provision of RO water filtration compact unit systems. Filters are to include ultra violet sterilization unit and the unit is to be installed by the supplier at a suitable approved location in the house. Supplier to train the beneficiary on usage and maintenance of the compact unit.
