Been Verified By The Certifying Technical And Requirements Personnel This Memo Does Not Authorize Acquisition For Other Requirements This Acquisition Will Be Conducted Using Simplified Acquisition Reasons The Lcac100 Craft Is Still Under Design Snowbird Technologies Is The Original Designer And Equipment Manufacturer Oem For The Lcac 33K A C P N 512 8590279 001 The Current Equipment Is A Proprietary Design In Order To Provide This Prototype Any Other Manufacturer Would Incur A Significant Research Tooling And Testing Effort That Would Result In Significant Time Lost For The Project Snowbird Technologies Is The Only Source That Can Provide The Prototype In A Timely Manner They Have The Most Engineering Knowledge Of This System And This Equipment Is A Required Item For The Lcac Heating Ventilation And Air Conditioning Hvac System A Determination By The Ordering Activity Contracting Officer That The Order Represents The Best Value Consistent With Far 13 106 1 B The
