Scheduled And Unscheduled Maintenance Services For Our Specialty Water Treatment Systems This Service Will Include The Replacement Of Expendables For These Water Systems We Will Be Replacing Water Treatment Equipment That Is Currently Being Rented With New Equipment Of Equal Or More Superior Operational Characteristics We Are Also Needing Scheduled And Unscheduled Water Testing Of Potable Water And Hvac Equipment The Medical Center Has 10 Individual Water Treatment Sites Located Throughout The Facility All Sites Will Receive Regular Technical Service For Routine Maintenance Troubleshooting And Repair All Supporting Equipment And Connective Assemblies Will Get Expendables Such As But Not Limited To Filters And Carbon Tanks Replaced At Intervals Specified By The Manufacturers Included In The Contract Requirements Are Emergency Responses To Facilitate Necessary Repairs And Water Testing Much Of The Existing Water Treatment Equipment Is Currently Being Rented All Rented Equipment Will Be Removed And New Equipment Will Be Supplied And Installed In The Base Year Of The Contract New Equipment Will Be Equal Or More Superior Than The Existing Equipment And Shall Comply With The Buildings Wings Clinics Or Administrative Areas The Cor Will Notify The Contractor Approximately 21 30 Days Prior To Any New Building Activation That Will Require Water Testing Contractor Will Collect The Samples Within 2 Business Days Of The Request From The Cor All Water Testing For New Construction Activation Shall Have A Maximum 14 Day Turnaround Time The 14 Day Time Frame Starts As Soon As All The Samples Have Been Collected And Ends When All Lab Results Are Provided To The Cor The Contractor Will Collect 30 Water Samples For New Construction In The Medical Center For Each Contract Year The Contractor Will Also Provide A Unit Price For Additional Water Sampling If More Than 30 Samples Are Requested Per Year The Contractor Will Provide A Written Report To The Cor Indicating The Lab Results For The Construction Samples Providing Testing Results Are Within Safe Parameters The Report Will Be Provided To The Cor Within 3 Business Days From When The Contractor Gets The Results From The Lab With Total Turnaround Time For Report Of 14 Days In The Event Results Are Returned Out Of Acceptable Parameters The Contractor Will Immediately Notify The Cor Via Telephone The Contractor Will Provide All Necessary Information About The Unacceptable Water Test Results To The Cor The Contractor Will Also Provide Their Recommendation For Immediate Remediation This Report Will Include The Name Of The Technician That Took The Sample Date And Time The Name And Location Of The Lab That Analyzed The Sample The Room Number And Building Where The Sample Was Taken The Water Temperature At The Time The Sample Was Taken Lab Results Emergency Legionella Water Testing In Each Contract Year There Will Be Four 4 Separate On Site Responses For The Purpose Of Emergency Legionella Testing Each On Site Response Will Include Legionella Testing For Three 3 Water Samples 12 Per Year Total Contractor Will Be Responsible For Obtaining The Samples Within 4 Hours Of Being Notified And At Locations Directed By The Cor The Contractor Will Send The Samples To The Approved Lab Using Next Day Shipping Should There Be A Need For More Than 12 Emergency Water Samples The Contractor Will Provide Unit Pricing On Their Proposal For Obtaining Each Sample And The Testing Of Each Sample Using Next Day Shipping In Each Contract Year There Will Be 3 Three Separate On Site Responses For The Purpose Of Installing Point Of Use Filters On The Hot Water And On The Cold Water For 2 Two Sinks It Will Also Include The Installation Of 1 One Point Of Use Filter In A Shower A Total Of Six Sinks And 3 Showers Per Year Each On Site Response Will Include Legionella Testing For 6 Six Hot And Cold Water Samples A Total Of 6 Six Sinks And 3 Three Showers Per Year Contractor Will Be Responsible For Installing The Point Of Use Filters And Obtaining The Water Samples Within 4 Hours Of Being Notified By The Cor The Contractor Will Send The Samples To The Approved Lab Using Next Day Shipping Contractor Will Be Responsible To Remove All Filters After Lab Results Are Returned From The Water Samples The Contractor Will Provide Unit Pricing On The Proposal For Sink And Shower Point Of Use Water Filters In The Event Of Positive Legionella Test Results The Unit Pricing Will Include The Cost For Supplying Each Type Of Filter Filter Installation And Filter Removal Appendix A Domestic Water Supply Analyzer Specifications The Analyzer Shall Be A Web Based Application And Have A Cellular Communication With The Ability To Transfer The Stored And Recording Data From The Analyzer To A Cloud Server There Will
